By placing any order with Cold Coffee Design & Print LTD you agree to the all of the following terms and conditions.

Artwork & Specs:

You are responsible for providing artwork in the correct format (png, jpg, ai, pdf, psd) and at the highest possible quality. We are able to assist with creating or editing at a cost of £45 per hour. We ask that you provide the size and placement measurements that you would like in relation to printing/embroidery on the selected garments. Mock-ups can be produced at a cost of £5 each, but please note that mock-ups are only a rough guide and may not represent the exact size or placement of the finished product.


We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by any delivery company we use. We also cannot reimburse any loss incurred by the customer as a result of these delays.

Delays and Missed Deadlines:

If there is a problem or delay with your order and this results in a deadline being missed – this is very uncommon, but unfortunately can happen – we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or costs this may incur to you. In the unlikely event of a deadline being missed, you will either be refunded the cost of postage or rush order fee – if one was paid. We cannot accept a return if the reason for returning the goods is due to production or delivery delays as all products are custom made.


If there is an issue with your order please notify us within 3 working days of receiving the goods otherwise we will assume the order has been accepted and you may not be entitled to a refund or reprint after this time. If notified within this time we will offer a reprint, regardless of how many items are faulty. If you choose to return any items, you must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the order to us.


All orders under £1000 exclusive of VAT must be paid in full once print details are confirmed. For orders over £1000 exclusive of VAT, we accept a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance paid on order completion and prior to order collection.  We can accept payment via cash, all major credit and debits cards, automatic bank transfer & Paypal.

Please note: Paypal & Card Payment payments will be charged at an additional fee of 3.85% of the total order cost. Sorry, we do not accept cheques.

Turnaround Times:

Turnaround times are typically 10-15 working days which do not include weekends or bank holidays. You will be given an estimated completion date when your order has been approved and cleared funds have been received (either in full or a deposit of 50%).  Please note this is estimated and not a guaranteed date of the day your order will be delivered.

In the event that you wish to expedite your order (rush it through), your order will be subject to a surcharge depending on how quickly you would like your order processed:

within 5-10 working days – 25%
within 3-5 working days   – 35%
within 2 working days       – 50%
within 24 hours                  –  80%
Whilst we will do our best to accept all orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept every single rush order we get. It depends on our current workload, printing schedule and stock levels.

Rush order fees are an additional fee based on the total job cost and do not including setup fees.


Should you wish to provide your own garments, we offer no guarantee on the quality of the prints and returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. We also request that an additional 5% of the total garment quantity, split between the sizes, are sent to us to allow for misprints.

Things that you should know:

Exact pantone/CMYK/RGB colour matches cannot always be guaranteed due to the different processes used in garment printing. We can, however, ensure that we use cutting-edge methods to create the closest possible matches.

Customers requiring embellishment onto their own garments do so at their own risk. We do not embellish garments that have already been embellished or garments that we cannot source ourselves. Every care will always be taken to ensure that the items are returned in perfect condition. Garments supplied by The Insane Press are always our responsibility and come under our guarantee.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the garment sizes. We will do all we can to aid you in choosing the appropriate size, such as providing you with links to the size guides online. Samples are also available to be ordered in at the customers’ own cost. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on garments that do not fit and been embellished.

At Cold Coffee, everything is hand produced. We do not rely on machinery for the placement of prints and /or embroidery so there may be slight differences between garments. However, we will do our best to make sure everything is perfect for your order as we produce everything to the highest quality.


When placing an order with Cold Coffee the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is deemed that you are the owner and/or you have permission to reproduce artwork files.
